By posting content, you grant CouponCloud a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, copy, distribute, translate, and reformat your content in connection with the Services (including sublicensing this right). You also waive moral rights.

Prohibited Content

Includes adult/pornographic content, explicit or obscene language, content promoting hate/abuse/illegal activities, pirated software, phishing, content disparaging others, or content violating any law.

  • Cashback: Cashback Rewards are not applicable on Amazon Store.

  • Disclaimer: The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." CouponCloud disclaims all warranties (express or implied), including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and does not warrant that the Services are free of viruses or bugs.

  • User Release: You release CouponCloud from any and all claims or liability related to a Merchant's product, service, action, or inaction, or the conduct of any other user.

  • Limitation of Liability: CouponCloud will not be liable for any damages (direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential) arising from the use of the Services.

  • Linking: CouponCloud is not responsible or liable for any content accessed or harm caused by third-party websites linked to or from the Services.

5. Intellectual Property and Final Terms

  • Property Ownership: All technology, trade secrets, content (text, graphics, software, etc.), and custom developments belong exclusively to CouponCloud or its licensors. Unauthorized use or copying may cause irreparable injury.

  • Trademarks: The CouponCloud Marks are the property of CouponCloud. Third-party trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
